2. Products

  • All products are handmade using natural seashells, so each item is unique. Slight variations in shape, color, or texture are normal and not considered defects.

  • We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, but actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

3. Orders

  • Orders can be placed directly on our website or through our official communication channels.

  • Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will begin processing your items within 1–3 business days.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., out-of-stock materials, errors in pricing).

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in VND and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping is charged at a fixed rate of 35,000 VND nationwide.

5. Shipping

  • We deliver via trusted courier partners across Vietnam.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location (excluding weekends and holidays).

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

7. Payments

  • We accept payment via bank transfer using QR code.

  • Orders must be paid in full before shipping.

  • Orders unpaid after 24 hours may be automatically canceled.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on shellcharm, including images, text, and product designs, is the property of the business and may not be used or copied without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss related to your use of our products or website.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, public holidays, or force majeure events.
