1. Return Policy (Within 7 Days)

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition

    • In the original packaging

2. Refund Policy (Within 10 Days)

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • You will be notified by email once your refund has been approved.

  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and natural nature of our products, slight variations are expected. Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Minor imperfections caused by natural shell material

  • Custom orders made to your specifications

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
